How to Request a Return or Exchange
All return or exchange requests must be notified to OVII within 48 hours after the order is received.

Exchanges
- You may exchange your item for another size, colour or a completely different product
- Exchange requests are subject to item availability
Returns & Store Credit
- We do not provide cash refunds
- Approved returns are issued as store credits with a validity of 12 months
- Store credits will be added to your account or provided via coupon code if you did not purchase through our website
- Credits are issued once the returned product is received in our warehouse and accepted
Condition of Returned Products
Items must be:
- Undamaged
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- In their original condition with all original tags and packaging
OVII reserves the right to deny any return or exchange if the item does not comply with these conditions.
Shipping Costs
Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
Exceptions
Some sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange. This will be stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
